YOGA THERAPY
What is yoga therapy?? Isnt all yoga therapeutic?? Our belief in yoga therapy is that our bodies heal properly when all layers, all facets of our body are involved in the healing process. In yoga therapy we believe in healing all the koshas instead of one area individually. There are five koshas, annamayakosha (physical) pranayamayakosha (energy), manomayakosha (emotional),vijnanamayakosha (intuitive),and anandamayakosha (spiritual) essentially healing the body, mind and spirit with all the tools required: a physical yoga practice, a breathing practice, a meditation and mudra practice, a chanting practice any any tools necessary to heal the body at all levels, body mind and spirit.
